Thanks for reminding me to invest in myself

As a woman in business I often get caught up in work work work and forget to take care of myself. Burnout is very real and when I don't take time to care for myself then my clients suffer as well. Such an important lesson I have learned! Thank you for your amazingly curated boxes and reminding me to invest in myself. My Self Care Guide

I truly love the Retreat Yourself boxes. They are my reminder to care for myself. The products are wonderful bonuses that are always fun to use, and I have even added some products into my ongoing routine. However, the most fulfilling part of the Retreat Yourself box is the self care guide. I love all the new and different ways I can practice self care and work on good mental health. There is always a mix of practices to choose from, ranging from 3minutes to an hour. I love being able to try the short practices, such as breathing or journaling while I am exploring the box of goodies, and also plan and look forward to the longer practices. The team has even created a three month care planner you can follow to make sure you're scheduling time for yourself.
I recommend the Retreat Yourself box for anyone who needs a reminder and some inspiration on how to love and care for yourself in lots of different ways.

Gifted subscription!

I was gifted the retreat yourself box and it has been amazing! Every says that you need to take care of yourself but once I received it in the mail I realised that I hadn’t been taking time for myself at all! This box has made me set an intention to do just that and it has been really beautiful the way it is packaged and set out for an easy yet beautiful experience!
