Morning clarity ritual

The way we begin our morning sets the tone for everything that follows. Too often, we slip straight into autopilot and carry that rushed energy through the whole day.

The 'Morning Reset' Ritual is about starting differently, by leaning into what makes you feel good. Taking even five minutes to breathe, notice, and choose how you want to show up helps you create a day that feels more intentional, calm, and aligned.

How to do it:

1. Sit somewhere quiet with your tea, coffee, or water.

2. Close your eyes and take three slow breaths.

3. Ask yourself: What would feel good for me today?

4. Choose one simple intention - eg. calm, patience, joy, focus.

5. If you have time and space, jot down whatever is on your mind on the following page.

This will help clear your mind in preparation for the day ahead.
