I’m so grateful to have come across Retreat Yourself. It was my mum’s birthday recently. She’s had a tough last year or so with a health diagnosis that has slowed her down and prevented her from doing much of what she enjoys most, and what I would previously have gifted her — weekend getaways, live shows, and food and wine experiences. But the box was full of not only beautiful products and it has so much more. the curated music list was amazing and I have it as fav for my days when life is hectic. A beautiful booklet to guide you on your journey to start to spend a little time to focus on yourself. This was just what I needed. If you are looking for selfcare - here it is. It’s so exciting to receive a RY box every season!! The boxes are beautifully presented, a delight to open and unwrap slowly, following the RY recommendations through the process, for eg, vibing with the playlist while reading the information provided and simultaneously discovering each new item 👏🏼 What an excellent concept and awesome experience! The many different items for increased health and wellbeing are full of life-improving benefits and many have now become part of my regular repertoire. We all need spoiling sometimes; and Ive used these boxes for my exhausted uni twins; working and studying without a treat; and my sister in law in 3rd trimester in the floods. Each box has been greeted with joy; and delight...thats all you can ask for. Recommend. They also reliably sorted a lost box; which is trustworthy!
