I .had a hesitation in purchasing this product, expecting a heap of unwanted or little sample packs. What a happy surprise to actually get products i can actually use.

It was a birthday gift to my sister and the value in this gift box was awesome with some great products..

Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the lucky dip ..

I think l dipped out lol.

However, that's the luck of the draw.

I have ordered many boxes from Retreat and been delighted with all of them, however not with the Lucky Dip Bag. Having said that I did make my concerns known to Retreat and I have to say it was the best customer service I have ever encountered. Kristy was absolutely wonderful and took all of my feedback on board. My daughters and I often exchange boxes as gifts and I always receive a box for Mothers Day. I would encourage anyone to purchase a Retreat Box as they are wonderful products and so beautifully presented. Even though the Lucky Dip Bag was a little disappointing, every other box has been wonderful and we will remain loyal customers to this truly great Australian brand.

I brought this as it was cheap so I expected a ""cheaper or sample size" product. All products were full size and fabulous!

I brought this with some hesitation, but I am in love with it! The skin creams especially are divine! Feels so good on my skin and no bad reactions either!
