How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, you'll need to head to the Rewards page and log into your account, click 'redeem' on the voucher available for you (this will depend on how many points you have). This will copy a specific custom discount code which you will then paste into the 'Discount Code' box at checkout when you purchase.
What is the minimum spend to use my points on?
$5 voucher - $20 minimum spend
$10 voucher - $40 minimum spend
$15 voucher - $60 minimum spend
$20 voucher - $80 minimum spend
What can I redeem my points on?
All marketplace products (including single Retreat Boxes!), limited edition products, bundles, wellness essentials + and our exciting VIP product launches!
What products are not eligible for Retreat Rewards points?
The only products you won't be able to use your points on are our two subscription products - the 'Pay 3 Monthly' and 'Pay Yearly' options. The reason for this is because these products are already discounted for you (12% on seasonal subscriptions, 22% on yearly subscriptions). However, you will accrue points every time your subscription recurs!
Will the points be able to be used on my subscription?
No, they can't unfortunately. The way our subscriptions are set up is that they are already discounted (12% on seasonal subscriptions, 22% on yearly subscriptions) so we do not further discount subscriptions at all. However, you will accrue points every time your subscription recurs. At the moment, points are only for use on the MarketPlace (single Retreat Boxes, limited edition products, bundles, exclusive launches etc.).
We have hue plans things in the works for the MarketPlace, so #staytuned because you'll be able to use your points for what is coming too! Also, as your subscription recurs, you'll keep earning points and you'll move your way up the VIP tiers!
We'll also be adding more to the 'perks' of each of the tiers as time goes on.
How many points can I use at a time?
You can only use one code ($5, $10, $15 or $20 off) per order, and you will not be able to use your code in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Will my points expire?
Yes, points do expire! Your points will expire after 12 months, so make sure you redeem them within 12 months.
Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions?
Your points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions and will only apply to eligible items.
I entered my birthday, when will I receive my points?
You will receive your points on the morning of your birthday! Happy birthday to you! :)
I'm trying to create an account but it's telling me that there's already an account with these details. What does this mean?
This is because you would've already set up an account on our site at some stage (yay!). You will need to reset your password and login again. If you have any trouble with this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If I have a subscription, can I use that account to login?
Yes! You absolutely can use your existing account to log in. This will mean that as you accrue points with your seasonal subscription, it will show up in your account. Yay!
When I become a VIP, do I lose my status at any stage?
Nope! Once you reach a tier, you will maintain that status forever! :)
Can I refer a friend that has already purchased from RY before?
Anyone you refer will need to be completely new to Retreat Yourself. We know they'll love you referring them though!
I referred a friend, why didn't I receive my $10 in points?
Thank so much for sharing Retreat Yourself with your friends and family! You will receive your points as soon as your friend makes a purchase of $79.95 or more.
Please note: your friend or family member must be completely new to Retreat Yourself. You are not able to refer yourself using another account, and Retreat Yourself reserves the right to disable any account suspected of abuse of our rewards program.
