Walk with purpose

Time needed: 20–30 minutes

Best for: Afternoon reset

When life feels noisy, sitting and “thinking about it” rarely helps. Worries can circle endlessly in your head, leaving you stuck in the same loop.

This 'Walk with Purpose' Ritual moves that energy differently. By pairing each step with a word you want more of, like calm, strength, or focus, you ground yourself in the feeling you’re seeking. It’s a simple way to shift your state without needing to figure everything out.

How to do it:

1. Walk outdoors (anywhere works - on the grass, sand, or a quiet street).

2. Choose a word you want to embody (calm, joyful, strong etc.).

3. With each step, repeat silently: “I am [your word]."

4. When home, write 2–3 small actions that will help you embody this. For example, to become more calm, you might meditate for 10 minutes.

5. Do one of them today.
