Customer Service & Community Manager

We are on the lookout for a personable, solutions-focused ‘people person’ to join our Surf Coast based team - to fill the role of Customer Service and Community Management.

Who we are

Retreat Yourself is an Australian health and wellness hub, selling gift & subscription boxes, and some of Australia's best health, wellness, beauty and lifestyle products via our online store. 

Our mission is to encourage women to put themselves first, and prioritise their health and self-care. Our mission is fulfilled through the products we create, the content we post and how we engage with our community online.

What you’ll be doing

  • Customer support via email, phone and social media
  • Ambassador management
  • System updates and changes
  • Adhoc office administration 

Required skills and attributes

  • A ‘get things done’ attitude, with a love of ‘inbox zero’!
  • Great at problem solving skills
  • An ability to think critically when faced with challenges
  • An eye for detail
  • An incredibly friendly and personable approach
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • A real knack for taking on a brand personality and conversational writing tone
  • An ability to pick up complex systems, processes and rules

Desirable skills

  • Shopify or eCommerce experience
  • Experience in a customer service role

Hours and location:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Hours will fluctuate (around 20-25 hours per week), however full time work will be available for the right person.
  • Work location is dependant on successful applicant. We would prefer candidate in our office, however we’re open to working from home.
