Shake gently and mist lightly over your pillow, bedding or around your space before bed. Take a slow breath in and allow the calming scent to settle your mind as you prepare for sleep.

Aqua, Glycerin (plant-derived), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil (for an even mist), PEG-35 Castor Oil (prevents separation), Butylene Glycol (a safe, commonly used stabiliser), 1,2-Hexanediol (a mild, skin-friendly booster to maintain freshness), Hydroxyacetophenone (a gentle preservative), Lavandula officinalis (Lavender) Oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Rosa damascena Flower Oil, Citrus aurantium amara (Petitgrain) Leaf Oil.
