Ingredients:
1 packet frozen acai
1 frozen banana
¼ cup blueberries
1 handful spinach
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon macca
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 cup coconut water
Toppings:
Fresh banana and strawberries
Unsweetened desiccated coconut
Caramelised Buckinis
Method:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 60 sec until smooth and creamy. Pour into bowl, add toppings and enjoy.
