Your first box, the Winter ‘Rest & Reset’ Retreat Box is your invitation to slow down, take a breath, and carve out a little space for yourself amongst the busyness of everyday life. Carefully curated to help you feel rested, grounded and recharged.
Inside, you’ll discover over $300 worth of full-sized wellness products from locally-owned Australian and New Zealand brands. From nourishing skin and self-care products to comforting rituals, calming scents and feel-good treats, every item has been chosen to help bring a sense of calm and restoration into your daily routine.
You’ll also receive our signature 20-page Retreat Guide, featuring simple rituals, journaling prompts, playlists, and inspiration designed to help you make the most of your box and create an incredible at-home retreat experience.
After receiving your first box, the Winter Box, your boxes will be delivered quarterly, at the start of each new season.
Order today and your box will be dispatched the first business day after purchase.
DELIVERY: Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the business day after purchase. The length of delivery will depend on which shipping option is chosen at checkout. If you require your order quickly, our Express Shipping option typically arrives within 1-3 days.
RETURN POLICY: We hope you love your order, but if you're unhappy with it or if there are any issues with it at all (for example, it gets damaged in transit), please let us know and we will replace it immediately, or arrange an alternative solution - no hassles!

Every box is uniquely curated for the season ahead, designed to support how you want to feel. Subscribe for ongoing resets, or purchase a single box when you need one most.
A Retreat Box is a seasonally themed box filled with up to $300 of full-sized health and wellness products from Australian and NZ-owned brands.
All products are sourced with your highest health in mind and include items such as lifestyle, environment, home, beauty, skin, body and food products. Each released Retreat Box is different from the previous one, and is tailored with a particular theme in mind.
Each box also contains our Retreat Guide - a retreat manual that features mindful activities, healthy recipes, articles, and QR codes linked to online activities - making your at-home retreat a complete sensory experience. Also included is a Product Booklet to give you further knowledge and insight about each product inside the box.
Our Retreat Boxes are designed so that you can discover new and exciting brands without having to leave your home, but also captures the whole reason we are interested in wellbeing – to improve your lives! We create the boxes to help you reconnect and awaken your most magical self.

A Retreat Yourself subscription means you’ve made an ongoing commitment to yourself and to improving your wellbeing and life. Every three months, at the start of a new season, you will receive a different themed ‘retreat in a box’ and will be automatically charged either every three months or each year (depending on which subscription you have purchased).
A single box means you’ve decided to give yourself all the tools, knowledge and support you need to nourish your mind, body and soul through a single ‘retreat in a box’. You will make a one-off payment at the time of ordering and will receive one box.
We have different options to purchase our Retreat Boxes - either as part of an ongoing subscription (3 Monthly or Yearly) or as a one-off purchase. The prices for each are as follows:
Our subscriber boxes are always the first orders to go out when we release a new box. Each box is released on the 1st day of a new season and we ship our subscriber boxes on this day as well. Therefore we ship subscriber boxes on 1 March (Autumn box), 1 June (Winter box), 1 September (Spring box), 1 December (Summer box).
You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at support@retreatyourself.com. Your subscription will continue to renew indefinitely until cancelled.
To avoid being charged, you will need to cancel prior to the next payment being debited (on the 22nd day before the next season).
Once you have a subscription with us, we can easily make changes to upcoming scheduled payment dates. You can either choose to push the payment date back to a time that better suits you, or you may choose to skip a box entirely.To make either of those changes, simply email support@retreatyourself.com and we'll be ready to help.
