    Create your own indulgent sanctuary at home by adding 5 drops into an essential oil diffuser or humidifier, or combining with water and adding to an essential oil burner. Earth Oil also be used as a room or sleep mist by including 10-15 drops in a small spray bottle with water.

Just what I needed

As a mum who has little time for herself these boxes have upped my self care game in so many ways. My evening now includes a ritual involving headband, skincare, scents and body care, and I love that bit of time. I've loved trying the drinks and the snacks. My daughters love the products too, and help me unpack each box. I'm looking so forward to the next one.
