Retreat Yourself Sleepy Spray

This is such a comforting product to have on my bedside table. I honestly can’t put my head down on the pillow without spraying and once I have, I instantly feel calmer and know it’s bedtime. Love my night time routine with quite a few of my Retreat Yourself products!

This actually WORKS!!!

I absolutely LOVE this stuff!!!
I have Fibromyalgia, so have had horrible troubles with sleep until I started using THIS!!!
Usually only got like 2 hours of sleep until the 'Sleepy Spray'...now I'm getting at minimum 5, maximum a FULL 8 hours!
Re-purchased it because it can in 'The Box', loved it, it worked, so have 'stocked up'!
Definitely recommend this product!!!!
