I’m so grateful to have come across Retreat Yourself. It was my mum’s birthday recently. She’s had a tough last year or so with a health diagnosis that has slowed her down and prevented her from doing much of what she enjoys most, and what I would previously have gifted her — weekend getaways, live shows, and food and wine experiences. But the box was full of not only beautiful products and it has so much more. the curated music list was amazing and I have it as fav for my days when life is hectic. A beautiful booklet to guide you on your journey to start to spend a little time to focus on yourself. This was just what I needed. If you are looking for selfcare - here it is.
