You may have been following our social media for a while now and if you’ve had a looked at our website recently, you probably have a good idea of what Retreat Yourself is all about. We’re a subscription box company that will be delivering beautiful boxes to the homes of women like you, to help you feel amazing and be the best you can be – inside and out!
Now one thing we come up against when trying to explain to people how Retreat Yourself works, is that people find it hard to grasp what this subscription model business is... How does it work? And why would you subscribe? Here’s a bit of information to help explain what Retreat Yourself is, and how we set out to help you look and feel amazing…
What is a Retreat Yourself Box?
Retreat Yourself is a box of some the latest and greatest health & wellness products, that’s sent to you at the start of each season (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring). It also contains the RY health & wellness guide, which includes healthy recipes (all recipes are seasonally focused), yoga stretches and poses, and lifestyle articles from health & wellness gurus from across the globe. We carefully research and select all products within the box to suit the season ahead, so that you can get your hands on a selection of the best health and wellness products to suit your needs that season!
Alongside the products and guide, there will be an exclusive Retreat Yourself Daily Plan, which will outline how you can create your own ‘at home retreat’ using the products and articles featured within the box.

How does it work?
Once we launch (in Summer this year) you will be able to subscribe to receive a Retreat Yourself Box each season. You will sign up for the membership to be ongoing, however there are no lock in contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time (although we assure you, you won’t want to!). We will then post your Retreat Yourself package to you at the start of each season so that you can discover new products and ways of improving your health, and Relax, Refresh and Renew.
Where and WHEN will the Retreat Yourself Box be available?
Retreat Yourself is based in Victoria, however you will be able to Retreat Yourself if you are based anywhere across Australia. We will be going on sale in the next couple of months, so keep your eyes PEELED!
