The Rise & Shine Smoothie Tumbler - Sunset Peach

We've had a look at the Reddit thread you've linked as we haven't had feedback like this from anyone else using the Smoothie Tumbler, and we can see that a different, thicker straw has been inserted into the Smoothie Tumbler in the provided image which we suggest is causing the issues you've mentioned. The straw included with the Smoothie Tumbler is a thinner, gold straw, and once inserted, means the smoothie can be consumed like normal with no issues. We can see that the email address used for this review isn't connected with anyone who has received one of these Smoothie Tumblers in our Spring 'Flourish' Retreat Box, which is where the Smoothie Tumbler was included alongside a host of different wellness products from AU & NZ brands, so we haven't been able to reach out to you to let you know that the straw you are using is causing the issue.
