Loss of personal touch

I bought my wife Helen the yearly 4 boxes gift in 2024, I ordered it again last month and was happy the first box arrived just before Mother’s Day, however when Helen opened it, it had the same contents as previous box ?

I recently received the Autumn 'Rest & Unwind' Retreat Box, unfortunately the hand and body lotion had leaked during transit and damaged the included notepad. I reached out to the team just to let them know, not expecting anything in return.

To my surprise, they responded quickly and sent me an entire new box just a few days later. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to see that level of care these days.

The products are beautiful and thoughtfully curated, and the experience left me feeling valued as a customer. Highly recommend Retreat Yourself for both their products and their outstanding customer service.
