Super easy to make, and good for you too. This Chickpea Bagel Sandwich should take no longer than 10 minutes to put together.
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, mix and smash with a fork until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread over bagel slices and top with leafy greens, baby cucumbers, avocado and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
