A go-to sundae recipe that we run to time and time again, and which featured in the RY Autumn Magazine, is this yummy Healthy and Vegan Chocolate Sundae that Coconut Bowls shared with us.

Healthy and Vegan Chocolate Sundae
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
2 frozen bananas
1/4 coconut yoghurt
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 Medjool dates
Dash soy milk
(Optional: scoop of choc protein)
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth and enjoy with your Coconut Bowls Bamboo straw.
