Feelings: Feel connected, feel calm.
Time required: 15 peaceful minutes.
What you’ll need: A quiet place, and access to the Grounding Meditation here.
ABOUT THE RITUAL
Minds can get messy.
Our thoughts blow like the wind; scattering everywhere, covering everything. We leave bits of our hearts with our loved ones as we kiss them goodbye in the morning, and we give parts of our mind to everyone who relies on us through the day.
With parts of ourselves left in many different places, oftentimes we need to consciously return to centre, bringing focus back into the physical body.
This meditation will invite you to ground back into the here and now, so you can feel centred, connected and calm, no matter how much has been on your mind.
INSTRUCTIONS
AFFIRMATION
“I give myself permission to slow down.”
