Instructions:
- Start preparing your chosen recipe.
- Cook mindfully, enjoying the process as you create this meal.
- When it’s time to eat, do it slowly. Savour each bite - what can you taste? How does it feel in your mouth? What can you smell?
- After you’ve finished eating, take a moment to check in with your body - how has it made you feel? Also take some time to practice gratitude for having access to such beautiful and wholesome food.
