Often we associate exercise with getting our heart rate going and working up a sweat, but sometimes the best exercise we can do is to slow it right down and stretch the body back to a restorative state. In this yin yoga flow you’ll be stretching and moving, giving your body some time to relax and deepen into itself.

What you’ll need: A yoga mat, your computer or phone to stream the yoga flow and your favourite comfy yoga clothes.
